The Signal Path: Home of Live Hardware Electronic Music

The Signal Path is a Melbourne/Naarm group covering all things related to hardware based electronic music production and performance. We celebrate and share all manner of things relating to the art of creating music with electronic boxes of all varieties.

The Signal Path consists of a radio show, synthmeet and events.

Modular Theme Time has now been closed to the public. Albums are still available online here.

Coming Up from The Signal Path

Binofski will play live and demo the TR-1000 and take questions. There will also be a range of the latest and greatest from Roland to play and synth nerd out on. Our live act on the night Sussiguala is in his early stages of his live hardware journey. A talented pianist, he is taking his skills into creating a solo live hardware performance.

Sol Flare has been on a path towards live hardware, and his music has moulded into a unique deep bass cruise into sound along that journey. We interview Dominic and he jams live for us in the comfort of his home studio. For a rig rundown head to TSP YouTube channel after the radio show airing.

Last year was a great year of connection for TSP in the live hardware scene in Naarm. This year we will be holding live hardware events as well as our signature synth meets at Howler, radio show on Area3000.radio and YouTube videos. If you miss the radio show you can always catch up on The Signal Path YouTube channel.
